IMPORTANT NOTES:

Clients are encouraged to make reservations in advance. We are usually booked ahead for 1 to 2 weeks. You may also view our upcoming schedule on our online calendar.
The cooperation of all clients to make themselves/pet(s) available during the appointed time frame is necessary and important. We would appreciate a minimum of 24 working hours advance notice for cancellation/amendment of your appointment.
Any cancellation/amendment should be done with at least 24 working hours prior notice. We reserved the right to impose a surcharge of $30 in the case of a No-Show or if the Client/Pet(s) are unavailable at the appointed time.
All timeframes, including time of arrival and duration of services are based on our estimation. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may lead to changes or delays in the scheduled times. Whilst every effort will be made, we seek your kind understanding if we are unable to reach within the stipulated time frame as agreed by both parties. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
To facilitate the process of services and an enhanced experience for you and your pet(s), the allocated services area should ideally be prepared beforehand and kept dry. Your pet's fur should also be completely dry before the start of the session to reduce prolonged stress to it.
Clients are required to provide us with their pet(s)' own shampoo and bathing towels or medicated shampoo, ear wash, cream, etc. for hygiene purposes or if the said pet(s) are under medical treatment.
In order for your pet(s) grooming session to be completed professionally, the recommended grooming area should be cool, quiet, brightly lit, and the grooming session to be conducted in private for safety purposes.
Our Pet Services are subject to our 'Terms and Conditions'. Your use of our Services constitutes a blinding agreement and acceptance of these "Terms and Conditions".
